Reloading of cartridges should be performed only by experienced people. The strictest safety measures should be implemented as those to be kept for handling other kinds of explosives. You are supposed to be experienced in powder reloading. There is a wide range of useful books about this topic.
Having left our company, the powder is not under our control, so we have no control over whether it is stored, handled, reloaded and used appropriately, or over the conditions of the firearm and its components themselves. How to choose the charge: For all pistol and gun powders, reload and fire a few bullets with a 10% lower (initial) charge than mentioned and check for any signs of excessive pressure (more difficult removing of the cartridge, flattened or blown-out small-arms primers, extreme recoil).
