- Pentrite (2,2-Bis(hydroxymethyl)propane-1,3-diyl-tetranitrate; Pentaerythritol-tetranitrate; PENT)
- Pentritol Np 10T
- Trinitroresocin (2,4,6-Trinitroresorcin; 2,4,6-trinitrobenzene-1,3-diol; Styphn acid; Trizin; Tricin)
All types of pentrite are made by a discontinuous or continuous crystallization process.
PENTRIT NK
PENTRIT NK is used as the raw material in the production of high-strength explosives or for the production of flegmatised PETN.
PENTRIT ND
PENTRIT ND has the form of regular, well-developed crystals, and is used as the raw material in the production of Cordtexes and basic charges of electric detonators.
PENTRIT NS
PENTRIT NS has the form of regular, well-developed crystals, and is used as the raw material in the production of plastic explosives or as a medicine.
Transport identification: UN 0150, PENTAERYTHRITE TETRANITRATE, WETTED, with water content of min. 25% of weight, 1.1 D, ADR
PENTRITOL Np 10T
PENTRITOL Np 10T is a mixture of PENTRIT NK and TNT in the proportion 90 : 10. The mixture is produced by the technology of hot water suspension. PENTRITOL Np 10T is designed for the production of Cordtexes, detonators, blasting caps, primer cartridges, and high-strength explosives.
